Associate Professor Dr Nicola Wake will present a staff seminar on the topic:
“Being a successful researcher: The challenges of managing research with teaching and administration.”

Nicola Wake is a highly successful researcher and has published widely in the areas of criminal law and mental state defences
Later in the day Dr Wake will also present a public lecture entitled:
“Trafficking victims compelled to commit offences: Increasing the protection available in England and Wales and New Zealand.”
The lecture will be given in Te Iringa The Wave Room, WG 308, at 5.00 on Monday 23 July 2018.
Associate Professor Wake’s visit to Auckland is being jointly hosted by the Centre for Non-Adversarial Justice and the partners of Kayes, Fletcher Walker. Dr Wake is the KFW Visiting Scholar for 2018.
